Privacy policy and cookies

 

I. Initial provisions

 

§ 1

Based on Article. 20 para. 1 of the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services and on the basis of art. 173 of the Act of 16 July 2004 on Telecommunications Law, the Administrator implements this Privacy Policy and Cookies, hereinafter referred to as "Policy".

 

II. Personal data

 

§ 2

The user of the varsopolis.pl website in order to use the services offered by the Administrator via the website must complete the appropriate form. It is required to provide certain personal data.
Providing personal data in the form is voluntary, but necessary to provide services by the Administrator to the User through the Store.
Any personal data that the User enters into the registration form, contact or provide in correspondence with the Administrator, are processed in a manner consistent with the requirements set out in Polish law, and above all the Act of 29 August 1997. on the protection of personal data and the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of electronic services. From 25/05/2018, personal data will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repeal Directive 95/46 / EC, hereinafter referred to as "RODO".


§ 3

The administrator of personal data is Legic Kompania Importowa Dóbr Luksusowych Sp. z o.o. with headquarters in Warsaw at 119 Wirażowa Street.
The administrator may entrust the processing of collected personal data of Users to another entity on the basis of the contract entrusted with the processing of personal data, in particular the main organizer of the event named Varsopolis, described on the website and partners and sponsors of this event.


§ 4

The User has the right to access their personal data and may verify or correct it, as well as delete it, by sending a request to the Administrator.
From 25/05/2018, the User will also have the right to limit the processing and the right to transfer personal data. If personal data are processed in a manner that is not compliant with legal requirements, then the User will have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
From 25/05/2018, the User will also have the right to object to the processing of personal data, including opposition to processing for direct marketing purposes.

§ 5

The Administrator processes Users' personal data and uses them to the extent and for the purpose necessary to carry out the services offered through the website, including for the purpose of registering Users in the event named. Varsopolis, described on the site, answering an inquiry addressed to the Administrator, as well as for marketing purposes consisting in the promotion of the Publisher and its own services, as well as entities cooperating with the Publisher. Personal data will also be processed for marketing, analytical and statistical purposes related to the determination of the User's preferences, including for the purposes of adjusting the content of the Website (including advertisements) to the interests of the User.
The Publisher processes Users' personal data and uses them to respond to inquiries addressed to the Publisher, as well as for marketing purposes consisting in the promotion of the Publisher and its own services, as well as entities cooperating with the Publisher. Personal data will also be processed for marketing, analytical and statistical purposes related to determining the User's preferences, including for the purpose of adjusting the content of the Website (including advertisements) to the User's interests.
The legal basis for the processing of personal data will be from 25/05/2018 art. 6 par. 1 lit. b and art. 6 par. 1 lit. f RODO. The Administrator's legitimate interest is marketing of his services.
On the basis of additional and optional consent, which the User may express in a separate statement, the Administrator has the right to send marketing information to the given e-mail addresses or telephone numbers, including information about new goods or promotional campaigns. If the User gives such consent, he may revoke it at any time.


§ 6

Personal data collected by the Administrator may be transferred to authorized bodies, under applicable law, to state authorities.

 

§ 7

The Administrator applies the required by the current provisions on the protection of personal data technical means preventing the acquisition and modification of personal data sent electronically by unauthorized persons.

 

III. Cookies

 

§ 8

The varsopolis.pl website uses cookies (so-called "cookies"), that is small text information, stored on the User's device, which can then be read by the Administrator.
Cookies are used to:
adjusting the content of the website to the User's preferences and optimizing the use of the website; in particular, these files allow you to recognize the User's device and properly display the website, tailored to his individual needs;
statistical analysis;
adaptation of the newsletter to the User's preferences;
marketing.
3. The administrator uses external cookies in order to:

a. popularizing the website using social networking sites: Facebook, Instagram.

4. As part of the website, two basic types of cookies are used:

a. "session" cookies: are temporary files that are stored on the User's device until logging out, leaving the website or turning off the web browser;

b. "permanent" (persistent cookies): they are stored in the User's device for the time specified in the cookie file parameters or until they are removed by him.

 

§ 9

The Administrator also informs Users that it is possible to set up a web browser that prevents the storage of cookies on the User's device.
The Administrator also indicates that the cookie files may be deleted by the User after they have been saved by the Administrator, through: appropriate functions of the web browser, programs used for this purpose or using appropriate tools available within the operating system used by the User.

§ 10

The Administrator also informs Users that changing the configuration of the web browser, which prevents or restricts the storage of cookies on the User's device, may cause functional limitations of the services provided. The deletion of cookie files during the provision of the service may lead to similar effects.

 

§ 11

Cookie files placed on the User's device can also be used by collaborators

with third parties.

 

IV. Other

 

§ 12

The administrator will also register the computer's IP number, through which the User will use the website.
The Administrator, based on the User's IP address and the location associated with it, will optimize the operation of the website in order to adapt it to the User's needs.
